​If your order hasn’t arrived within a sensible timeline (21+ days), please reach out to us. We’ll do our best to locate it or send a replacement. However, if we have not heard from you within 30 days, we’ll assume your order has been delivered, which may impact our ability to offer a refund or exchange if notified after this period.
