​If your order hasn’t arrived by 15th October 2024, please reach out to us. We’ll do our best to locate it or send a replacement. However, if we have not heard from you by 31st October 2024, we’ll assume your order has been delivered, which may impact our ability to offer a refund or exchange if notified after this period.
